O.F.F. Rowdywares for Kids!

    O.F.F. = Outdoor Fashion Friday.
    Our (almost) weekly segment featuring our favorite styles for the season. Everything I share are pieces that can be worn all day long and stand up to the “use and abuse” of serious adventures. As a family, we appreciate clothing that is worth our hard-earned money. It’s what we wear and trust!

    This is a little off-season as we head into fall around here (though it is predicted to be in the 80s this weekend….WHAT?!?!), but I wanted to at least give you a little introduction to Rowdywares and then we’ll touch on it more in the spring.

    They believe kids shouldn’t be left behind and so have made some fantastic triathlon gear, cycling wear and mountain biking clothes all just for KIDS. And I don’t think I have ever seen my kids so excited for clothing. Ever.

    The jerseys and biking shorts are just like miniature adult pieces and are built well, have just the right amount of padding and pockets and make them FEEL like serious bikers.

    While we haven’t had the opportunity to do much bike racing (it’s limited in the Yellowstone area for sure), kids like to go FAST and we like to go long. We can’t wait to put them to good use this spring for some longer rides we have planned.

    And maybe this is a little backwards, but it makes ME want to help them have an opportunity to do a triathlon even more (again, hard to find around here, but totally doable). Because this (photo taken from the Rowdywares site):

    Their XS fits kids ages 4-6 and they go up to an XL (size 13-14) and they really are affordable for long-lasting gear.

    Check out their site, leave them some love (and let them know we sent you), and check back in the spring!

    Rowdywares generously provided us some biking gear to check out.  However, as always, the opinions expressed here are completely and honestly our own.
