***Keep up with this entire event HERE***

Here we go! Day #2 (be sure to click on the link at the beginning of this post to be sure you don’t miss a thing). Giveaways are only open 72 hours so don’t miss them!

12 Days of Gear Giveaways - Day 2 (Biking Family)

As a family we LOVE biking. Our car usually sits all week and we opt for bikes (or walking) on a daily basis. Our kids started on balance bikes and pedaled early. We believe whole-heartedly in getting every kid on a bike and do our best to help that mission.

Here’s a few biking posts you may find helpful:

    SEVEN of you will win!

    1. WOOM 1 **open to US only**
      • Another great bike by WOOM! And it’s just been updated to be lighter, and even better. I LOVE that our teeny tiny off-the-chart 18 month old can straddle this one. Plus pneumatic tires for easier rolling. Our review will post on the WOOM1 early spring, but we can tell you it’s another WOOM that doesn’t disappoint. If you have the funds, THIS is where to spend them for biking.
      • Available now in green, purple, pink, red and blue.
      • If you haven’t heard of WOOM, this post is a must-read. Seriously. Click over and bookmark it if you don’t have time now!
      • They do free shipping and returns too!
      • One lucky winner will choose their color of a WOOM 1 and they’ll throw in some biking gloves too (which we think are the best we’ve found for kids!)
    2. B is for Bicycle (5 Total winners) **open to US only**
      • One full sized, unframed, limited edition print of B is for Bicycles cover art
      • 4 B is for Bicycles Books
      • Read our full review of this great book here. We love that it’s fairly local to us, inspires kids to get on bikes and has great words AND illustrations!
    3. WeeHoo Turbo **open to US and Canada**
      • Don’t bother with a Trail-A-Bike – the WeeHoo spans a much bigger age range and lets families go further together. This is how we get our whole family on longer rides and up steeper inclines. Usually we strap on a balance bike to the back (or to the back of the trailer we are always hauling too with the littler ones) for mixing it up between solo riding and being pulled along by Mom or Dad.
      • This model is a bit different (and has been updated) from the one we are giving away, but you can see how much we love it HERE.

As usual, please use the Rafflecopter Widgets below to enter to win. The winners will be emailed and announced on this post in the Rafflecopter Widget. Have questions? 1. Love the idea of the wee hoo! I think it would be great as my son transitions into being a stronger rider, and able to ride along side us. Also wanted to thank you for the reminder to check out the Biking Myths post! Just sent it along to my husband as we decide which bike is best for B since he’s more than ready to graduate from the balance bike—so helpful!

      2. Amelia – thanks so much for your awesome reviews and for the awesome giveaways! You are amazing and so are the partners in this giveaway! We love the Woom II that we won in the spring and my son has mountain biked and been riding it around town every week! He loves it so much and has grown and now my 2 year old is ready for it, so we’re looking at getting a Woom III for my oldest for Christmas! So thank you so much for introducing us to these awesome bikes!

The WeeHoo looks absolutely amazing – I read your review and explored their facebook site. I absolutely LOVE it! From what I could tell, it looks like you can take it on mountain bike trails? Is this correct? If so, I think we need two of them 🙂 as my husband and I could both take a kid on all our mountain biking adventures with us! I’d love to win this – pretty sure we’d be mountain biking twice a week and towpath riding several times a week with it! Even if I don’t though, some family is going to have fun adventuring with it – thank you for your generosity and ambition for helping other families get out there and adveture! I am already planning our adventures for this when we save up to buy it! 🙂

      3. Loving the opportunity to win a woom! Thank you for the opportunity to win such great products! Our kids are 4 and 1 1/2. We have been loving getting out camping, biking and some boating with the kids! It is so important to have a friend or a cyber buddy to see how others get out with the family.

      4. Shared your page…really hoping to win something fun!!
