How is it already almost 2019?!?! December went so fast….and I hate saying that. I don’t WANT life to go “so fast”. I don’t want to be “so busy”. I don’t want to just be sliding by feeling like I ran a marathon each day (please don’t tell me I am not the only one who feels that way!)
So I am working on being intentional in each area of my life and spending time on what really matters.
I’m trying to :
- Read more books
- Walk more miles
- Say “no” more often
- Give my kids more undivided attention
- Love my husband more in the little ways
- Be ok with our imperfections
To be honest? It’s a huge goal I am not sure I can be as successful at as I would like to be. But, I also am counting the little victories and just hugging my husband and babies more.
I know some of you are just tired of adulting too. Too little time, too many demands on us by ourselves and others. Enough is enough.
I invite you to take just 3 days for you. And by that I mean just 20 minutes a day of moving. Outside.
Bring your friends, your family, your dog, your cat…..or find peace in solitude.
